WHAT IS DENRAI TAE KWON-DO?
What sets Tae Kwon-Do apart from other martial arts are the powerful kicking and striking techniques involved. The trained attack is aggressive, but there is strong focus on defence.
Denrai Tae Kwon-Do also incorporates strength and fitness training into the lessons and is a good form of exercisse for all. It will help improve, agility, balance, and overall fitness. (Note: were applicable Denrai Tae Kwon-Do training has also been proven as a safe wieghtloss tool)
