Senior Instructor Duncan's journey with Tae Kwon-Do started in 1988 when he was 10 years old
After trying various different styles of martial arts he wasn't content until he took his first class at his school one evening with his brother Now {Chief Instructor Geordie McTaggart} after that he was hooked training as much as he could to progress up the ranks.
There passion had grown so much even their father gave it a go and Tae Kwon-Do was a family affair
